Spring reminder from the ACC

Spring is here and we know everyone wants to get started on their outdoor projects, but just a reminder that any and all changes will need to have an approved ACC application.  No work can start without written approval.   Reviews can take up to 14 days, but we strive to get them done right away.  Please take that into account if you’re using an outside contractor.   Thank you for making our community look great!
