Please remember that dumping yard waste in common areas – even the wooded common areas – is strictly prohibited, whether is it grass clippings or tree limbs. Yard waste is collected every Wednesday and should be bagged in clear or brown bags for pick up.

Residents will receive violation notices for dumping and will be fined for repeat violations.
