The Winding Ridge Board welcomes our new property manager Pat Stott. From Pat herself:
“I have over 20 years of experience in Community Association Management. I started in the community association industry as an Administrative Assistant and after a couple of years was promoted to Assistant Community Manager; then later a Community Association Manager. Over the last several years, I have taken on an important role with managing the Selling and Refinancing Department, preparing Resale Disclosures and Refinancing Documents (RDRD). My continued dedication and commitment to this industry, has allowed me to work in many aspects of community association management; and I am excited to be assigned as your new Community Association Manager. My strengths include being detail oriented, hands on, timely communication, follow-up and consistency, which are essential for a successful working relationship.”
She will be taking over the duties of Nicole Malki who has moved on to other things at Summit Management. We want to thank Nicole for her service to our community and wish her well.
