The Winding Ridge community is YOUR community.
According to article IX of the Governing Documents, there are supposed to be (4) standing committees within the HOA. These standing committees include:
- Budget
- Maintenance
- Architectural
- Community Relations
According to article V and article XI of the Governing Documents, there are supposed to be (5) board members. As of today, we only have (3) board members with (2) vacancies. These board vacancies include:
- Secretary
- Member
We have a need for members of the Board and Committees that desire to make a difference in our community. You’ll be required to attend HOA meetings, which are once every three months, or 4 times a year. These are currently done via video conferences, but may change over to in person in the future. However, most communication is done via e-mail throughout the year.
