Quick Start Guide

You should have received the HOA documents at your closing settlement. If you have not received documents from the HOA or a welcome packet in the mail within 30 days after closing on your home, please contact us and we will get that information to you.

The welcome packet will include all the HOA documents that you need, as well as provide information on logging into the community portal at Summit Management Services. You should also receive an email from our community manager with login credentials. Again, if you do not receive this within 30 days after closing, please contact us and we will get that to you in earnest.

HOA Fees

Fees for the community management are collected QUARTERLY and are due on January 1,  April 1, July 1, and October 1. These fees are paid in the HOA portal at Summit Management, so it is important to ensure your account credentials are set up and autopay its turned on.

Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

Please be aware that any maintenance and repairs must comply with the HOA’s architectural controls. Before you make changes to your home exterior, please contact us to ensure that the changes are in compliance with HOA covenant controls. Typical maintenance does not require and ACC application, but keep in mind that exterior changes such as roof replacements, landscaping, paint colors, decks, and fencing must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) for approval. Please reach out to our community manager or contact us for more information.

Trash Collection

We have a contract with Champion Services. Pick-up dates and times are as follows:

Trash:  Mondays and Thursdays

Recycling:  Wednesdays

Yard Waste:  Thursdays (March-December)

Parking Enforcement

We recently had “permit parking only” signs installed on Monday December 5th. As a result, ANYONE parking in the GUEST PARKING spots without a permit tag will be towed immediately without warning. The towing company is:

Please make sure your hang tag/permit is clearly visible when you or your guests are using the guest parking.

Again, these guest parking spaces are meant to be used for your guests and not additional cars in your household. Please park any additional household vehicles on Singleton’s or Federation.

Additionally, vehicles that are clearly blocking sidewalks as to not safely allow pedestrian right of way will be towed as well. Remember, the sidewalks are community grounds and are not part of your private driveway. Please be mindful of this when parking in your driveway.
